Could have been a Great Stove

I have had my Premier stove for about 3 years now. I could not afford a Viking, Therm-a-dor or Wolf, etc.
The fit on this stove is sub standard, the outside of the broiler door looks like it is sagging on the right. The paint in the broiler area just peeled off, in big flakes. The boiler would not open because the floor was sagging, because the metal was so thin. My Clock had a button that was sticking (they sent a new one). Profit seems to have been the main goal, when this stove was engineered, not quality. But here is the deal, I scoured the net for over six month's before buying this stove. I paid appx. $1380 at A.J. madisons website (free ship). I love the six burners, the removable grill is awesome for steaks ($200 if you have to replace it..B.S.) I adjusted all the burners when I recieved my stove, to my custom specs (The smallest burner(simmer) on the left is nice) and the huge one on the back left is nice. This stove does put out some BTU's. An oven window would have been nice at the time (available now). Would I buy this Stove again...Yes. It is the only option in its class,
affordablity, Quality(semi),style. I would have passed on the cookie sheet storage, on the left, for a bigger oven area. But the oven area is adequate. If you have any questions just ask, this is a large purchase, and I believe in the Golden Rule.

ideal oven for places with unstable electricity supply

Because the stove is as described and the oven works even when there is power outage so your baking does not have to suffer . No longer do you have to wait until power returns to continue cooking in the oven
This is a wonderful feature .
The stove is a time saver in that several things can be cooking at the same time and the pot handles will not touch
